Through art, the world is able to overcome religious and cultural differences to reach a more universal understanding of ourselves and the need for a more peaceful interaction with each other. To appreciate art one does not need to understand the artist, language, or their views. One only needs to open their mind to the experience of the artwork and the limitless possible meanings that the viewer will find. Regardless of the artists intent, the viewer has the final decision as to the meaning and validity of the message.

Through my work, I attempt to convey my understanding and views of the world that surrounds me. Whether it is a statement of self persecution, our purpose in this world, the inherent evils of man, or simply a statement of harmony and beauty, my work is totally subject to the viewers interpretation. In this way, art never out grows its audience but rather evolves with them. This ability to touch everyone regardless of age, gender, culture, religion, or even time is what intrigues me to continue with my ramblings of art.
